BlueScope Steel offers a cadetship at Port Kembla Steelworks that blends part time study with paid, hands-on work. You’ll learn from experienced teammates and see your classroom concepts applied on site, across materials, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, computer and chemistry disciplines.
You’ll gain practical experience while studying, with dedicated time for classes and exams, and exposure to the day-to-day operation of a large steelworks.
