As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead site teams, contribute to the successful delivery of major projects, and build your career with a respected national organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising site-based electrical teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll coordinate daily site activities, mentor electricians and apprentices, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical teams across various commercial projects.

Coordinate daily site activities, labour allocation and subcontractors.

Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, Australian Standards and legislative requirements.

Promote and maintain a solid safety culture through toolbox talks, site inspections and compliance with WHS policies.

Mentor, coach and support electricians and apprentices to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve site issues.

Coordinate materials, equipment and resources to maintain project schedules.

Liaise with Project Managers, clients,



consultants and other trades to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Complete site documentation, quality inspections and reporting requirements.

Ensure works are completed to the highest standard while meeting programme and budget expectations.

Drive productivity, accountability and continuous improvement across the site team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced electrical supervisor who enjoys leading people and delivering successful projects.

You will have:

Current Queensland Electrical Licence.

Current White Card.

Current Driver's Licence.

Demonstrated experience supervising electrical teams on commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, electrical regulations and safe work practices.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.

A commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Strong planning and time management skills.

First Aid and CPR certification.

Working at Heights, EWP or other relevant high‑risk licences.

Experience delivering projects within data centres, health, education, defence, government or major commercial environments.
