About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Solar & Battery Sales Professional to join our high-performing team servicing the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
This is a contract position offering outstanding earning potential, with realistic on-target earnings exceeding $300,000+.
You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners transition to premium solar and battery solutions, backed by qualified appointments and strong operational support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting in-home consultations to understand customer energy needs and design tailored solar and battery solutions
- Preparing and presenting skilled proposals that clearly communicate value, savings, and long-term benefits
- Negotiating agreements and confidently closing sales
- Ensuring seamless handover to our operations team for smooth project delivery
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ proven success in solar or renewable energy sales
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to deliver tailored energy solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to exceed ambitious sales targets
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
