What you'll be doing
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre
What we're looking for
- Certificate III Educators or equivalent qualification
- Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Working with Children Check
