The Role:

Position: Second In Charge

Location: Redbank Plains, 4301

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday

Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- leading and inspiring a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.




- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
- training and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
- Assist in Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- S2/S3 trained
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
