Driller’s Offsider – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

DEPCO Drilling is a well-established, family-owned company with over 60 years of experience across Queensland.

We’re currently looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are genuinely interested in building a long-term career in the drilling industry.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position working as a Driller’s Offsideron drilling rigs across QLD.

14/7 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off)

12-hour shifts

Accommodation, meals, and transport provided

You’ll be working closely with experienced drillers, assisting with daily operations, handling equipment, and learning the trade from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

No prior drilling experience is required,



however this role is physically demanding and suited to people who are prepared to work hard.

Minimum age requirement 18 years

Strong work ethic and reliability

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Able to work in remote and outdoor environments

Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

A truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
