About the Role

As part of our customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Your role will include:

- Assisting customers with inbound enquiries across phone, email and live chat channels - managing enquiries with confidence, professionalism and positivity.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers - as the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a key role in creating lasting impressions, building trust, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Accurately manage and convert lead calls - processing customer bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer enquiries and provide seamless support.
