The Harvest Operations Team plays a vital role in the success of our berry harvest. We're looking for dependable, skilled operators to handle the transportation of our fruit, contribute to packaging processes, and help ensure the smooth running of our facilities.

This role is seasonal, engaged for the duration of our berry harvest, with two positions available.

We're seeking an experienced forklift operator — high reach experience is an advantage, and a HR license will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate pallet jacks, walkie stackers and counterbalance forklifts
- Load and unload trucks and other transport vehicles, handling produce and materials with care
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements to support stock management




- Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklift equipment for operational safety and efficiency
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, operating procedures and food safety requirements
- Prepare loads for dispatch using load plans to accurately prepare multiple destinations
- Assist with other warehouse and site duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid forklift licence with previous experience required
- HR licence an advantage
- Solid work ethic and a keen sense of initiative
- Self-motivated and results-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transport required
