Case Manager

Fixed-term Full-time opportunity for parental leave coverage (until December 2026)

Based in Woonona with Hybrid work arrangements

About the role:

We are currently seeking a proactive Case Manager on a full time basis to cover a period of parental leave until December 2026. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims management in line with legislation and business rules. With your exceptional customer service and organisational skills, you will effectively manage a caseload of 40-50 claims in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The purpose of your role is to support injured workers by monitoring their recovery with the end goal to return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies
- Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards

About you:

Your education, experience and skills will include:

- Experience in claims management
- Minimum 1-2 years Workers Compensation experience
- Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload




- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of medical terminology
