Reception plays a key role in keeping the clinic organised and running smoothly for patients, doctors, and nurses.

This role suits someone who notices problems early, uses systems properly, and takes ownership of their work.

If you prefer constant direction for routine tasks, this role is unlikely to suit you.

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

You will:

- welcome patients in person and on the phone
- manage bookings, billing, and appointment flow
- keep the front desk organised and efficient
- use clinic systems such as Best Practice and AutoMed
- have prior experience with Best Practice software (preferred)
- follow established workflows that keep the clinic running smoothly

EXPERIENCE

Experience in medical reception is helpful but not essential.
