An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and reliable Forklift Driver to join the team at Aspect Joinery, located at 7 Peace Street, Toowoomba.
This is a full-time permanent position offering stable employment in a fast-paced and growing joinery business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Unloading truck deliveries of board and materials
- Checking and receipting incoming deliveries
- Entering delivery information into the warehouse management system
- Organising board into job-specific packs ready for production
- Loading sheets of board into CNC and production machinery
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
About You:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Valuable computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the cabinet making or joinery industry is advantageous but not essential
