What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Specialist to join our People Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across ANZ while supporting key People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, you will ensure payroll compliance, deliver an exceptional employee experience, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across the region.

- Process and manage fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles across ANZ, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation and statutory requirements.
- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, bonuses, incentives, allowances, and deductions.
- Interpret and apply relevant Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts,



and statutory obligations to ensure accurate employee remuneration and compliance.
- Respond to payroll enquiries and resolve employee payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
- Participate in payroll system upgrades, testing activities, and implementation projects.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Deel, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
