The Opportunity
We are looking for a Full time Assistant Practice Manager to join our amazing team in Bondi, supporting the Practice Manager in the opening of a brand new EVOCA clinic. Additionally, you will assist with the day-day general operations of running a busy multi-disciplinary medical centre. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will manage a busy front desk EVOCA reception area and ensure quality patient care whilst supporting out team of GP’s. Key Responsibilities
As a vital first point of contact for our Medical Centre team,
you will play a central role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a Patient-First Culture: Foster exceptional customer service that puts patients at the heart of everything we do.
- Championingadministrative functions, such as filing, data entry, andassistingthe Practice Manager with a variety of operational tasks as needed.
- Champion Operational Excellence:Identifychallenges and lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate clinic performance and patient outcomes.
- Lead & Develop Talent:Support the Practice Manager in drivingonboarding, and ongoing training, building a skilled, motivated team ready to deliver their best.
- Accountability forOpening and closingofthe Centre, ensuring all procedures are followed for a safe and effective start and end to each day.
- Building andmaintainingpositive professional relationshipswith patients, medical staff, and fellow team members, contributing to a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliancewith all organisational policies, procedures, and health regulations, upholding the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
- Performing general reception duties, includingmaintaininga clean and organised front desk,
and ensuring a professional and supportive environment for all visitors.

- Previousteam leadership experience within a customer service role is desired.
