Makita is a worldwide leader in power tools, and we’re looking for a Sales Conversion Representative to represent our brand across QLD North (Rockhampton to Gladstone region and west areas within the region) and surrounding areas. You’ll bring Makita’s products to life through onsite demos, customer engagement, and targeted sales activity.

What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
Build strong relationships with end users, dealers, and site managers
Cold call job sites and commercial/residential locations to uncover opportunities
Provide market insights and feedback to drive product development
Travel across QLD North (with occasional interstate trips)

What We’re Looking For
Experience with power tools or equipment (trade background a plus)
Confident communicator who connects with people at all levels
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in generating opportunities
Comfortable with travel across your territory
