With the exciting launch of our brand-new restaurant at Caboolture Sports Club, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house teams. Not only in our new restaurant, but also our cafe and bars.

Working within the hospitality industry, you should expect to work evenings and weekends.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, high-performing environment where both guests and team members enjoy every service.

- Lead the Front of House Team: Create buzz within the Bar, Café, and our "brand-new" Restaurant, making sure every day is vibrant and running seamlessly.
- Team Supervision and Training: Energise and motivate your front-of-house team while offering hands on learning and growth opportunities to spark their development.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch service by handling inquiries, responding to feedback, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.
- Promote Positive Workplace Culture: Empower and engage your team to create a culture where everyone thrives.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Team up with your onsite leadership team to contribute to the wider success of the Club—let's make progress together and have a blast while we're at it!
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure you help create a safe and healthy work environment.

You'll be someone who enjoys leading people,



thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

To be successful you'll have:

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Recent experience supervising or leading a front-of-house team.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using POS and food and beverage systems.
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support your team wherever needed.
- Current RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificates, or the ability to obtain them.
