Your responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service across the bar, bistro, and gaming areas.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve customers efficiently, and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean, well‑stocked, and inviting service areas.
- Follow all RSA requirements and venue safety procedures.
- Work closely with your teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What you'll bring:





- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required—we'll provide full training.
- A current NSW RSA & RCG certificate (essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- A positive, professional approach to customer service.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
