Carpenters – Modular Construction @ Crestmead

The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Crestmead factory. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on-site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long-term career opportunities with one of Queensland’s most progressive builders.

Your Day-to-Day

We’re seeking skilled Carpenters to join our production team. You’ll play a hands-on role in fabricating, assembling, installing and finishing modular components both in our factory and on site. This is a full-time role offering consistent hours, structured schedules and long-term career opportunities.

- Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit-off, cladding and finishes





- Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings

- Work collaboratively with production, site and design teams to meet project milestones

- Conduct quality checks and maintain safe, compliant work practices

- Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

- 5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction

- Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van

- Ability to read technical drawings and plans

- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

- Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets

- White Card and valid driver’s license

- Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket

What’s On Offer

- Casual Employees or Full Time

- Casual: $52.02/hr ($72.83/hr daily overtime)

- Full Time $41.62/hr ($62.43/hr daily overtime)

- Increased rates for leading hands.

- Structured 5-day, 44-hour work week with regular overtime
