We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient System Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support and expertise, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, spanning from pre-sales to post-sales phases. If you have a solid foundation in IT systems, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to gather technical requirements and contribute to the design of solutions that align with client objectives.
- Create project proposals, bidding documents. Prepare plans, quotes, and procurement activities from a technical perspective.
- Manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and effective communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience in a system engineer role, preferably in the System Integrator & MSP setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,



with ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams environment and engage effectively with clients.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.

Expertise in at least one or more of the following technical areas:

- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Unix. Capable of system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Networking: TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies. Ability to design, configure, and manage complex network architectures.
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM. Proficient in creating and managing virtual machines, optimizing virtualized environment performance.
- Storage: Understanding of storage systems, SAN, NAS. Capable of storage planning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Database Management: Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle. Proficient in database installation, configuration, backup, and performance tuning.
- Security and Identity Authentication: Knowledge of network security principles, including firewall configuration, IDS, etc. Understanding of identity authentication and access control mechanisms.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
