Job Description

- Launch and scale a new agriculture‑focused vertical on a national basis in this newly created role
- Build direct relationships with farmers, growers and producers across key crops
- Develop a national supplier network and manage sourcing from growers
- Sell chemical and additive solutions into the agricultural market
- Manage both buy‑side and sell‑side commercial activity
- Drive sustainable growth, supply consistency and commercial performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support long‑term market entry and scale





The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience in agribusiness or agricultural sales
- Existing network across farmers, growers or agricultural supply chains
- Robust understanding of agricultural cycles, buying behaviours and long sales processes
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage two‑sided markets
- Relationship‑driven, credible and comfortable engaging directly with producers
- Motivated by long‑term growth, culture and progression into leadership
