What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing, mixing, colour matching and applying paint and refinishing products to a professional standard
- Following refinishing procedures and keeping parts handled and stored correctly
- Keeping repair records accurate, legible and up to date
- Working hand-in-hand with a close-knit workshop team
- Flagging additional repairs where you spot them
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification in Spray Painting, Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent.
- Experience as a qualified Painter, ideally in a dealership or panel repair workshop
- A sharp eye for colour and detail, with real pride in quality workmanship
- A current driver's licence with a good driving history
- A positive attitude and a genuine team player mindset
