We're looking for an experienced Property Manager (minimum 3 years' experience) to join our small, supportive team. Backed by a dedicated leasing and inspection team, you'll spend your time on portfolio management and client relationships — not routine inspections.

What the Role Involves

End-to-end management of your own residential portfolio (approx.



250 properties), part of our 500-property rent roll split with a senior property manager

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Overseeing lease renewals and rent reviews

Working closely with our dedicated leasing and inspection teams, who handle the vast majority of routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections on your behalf

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional communication

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management

Sound working knowledge of NSW property management legislation

Confident managing a portfolio independently while working within a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident, calm and professional under pressure

Bonus Skills (not essential but highly regarded)
Experience with PropertyMe, FLK It Over, and Inspection Express
