We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee one of our prestigious corporate sites in Brisbane CBD.

About the Role
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of cleaners while ensuring our client's site is maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on supervisory position where you will work closely with both your team and our client to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and support a team of cleaning staff.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate staff rosters and assist with shift coverage when required.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal management.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all staff follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Lead by example with a positive, qualified, and hands‑on approach.
Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months).
- Minimum 2 years' commercial cleaning experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A positive "can-do" attitude.
- Good understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) requirements.
Security Clearance
An NV1 Security Clearance is highly desirable.
If you do not currently hold an NV1 clearance, you must be willing to undergo the security clearance process.
Availability
You must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, as cleaner shifts may vary within these operating hours.
Salary
$68,000 per annum + Superannuation
