About the Role

As a Certificate III/Diploma Educator, you will work alongside a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.



You will contribute to creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, secure and supported to reach their full potential.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard (desirable).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Child Safety Training.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- A strong commitment to child safety and safeguarding practices.
