We’re seeking a motivated and commercially savvy Product Manager – Flow & Analysers to join our growing team and take ownership of a key product portfolio.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to run and grow your own business unit within HMA Instrumentation.

You’ll combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive growth across a range of specialised products, including:

- Flow meters
- Process analysers
- Environmental monitoring instrumentation

You’ll work with global suppliers, develop new opportunities, and become the recognised product expert in your field.

Travel: Approx.



3–5 days per month (domestic), with occasional international trips.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with international product principals
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and technical documentation
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to order
- Track projects and maintain pipeline visibility
- Deliver product training internally and to customers
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Maintain marketing materials and product content
- Deliver exceptional customer service

About You

- Experience with flow meters and/or process analysers
- Relevant qualification (Engineering, Instrumentation, Business, or similar)
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Commercial mindset with sales experience
- Proactive, self-driven, and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience
