GP Collective is seeking an experienced General Practice Registered Nurse to join our growing team at our Byron Bay practice.

About the Role
As a General Practice Registered Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting our GPs and providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
- Health assessments and care planning
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- ECGs, spirometry and other clinical procedures
- Venepuncture and pathology collection (where applicable)
- Assisting with procedures
- Infection prevention and accreditation activities
- Patient recalls and reminders
- Health education and preventative care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent General Practice nursing experience (essential).
- Experience using Best Practice software (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
