OGP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Residential + Commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of more than 5 projects at a time, across various sectors, from OGP's HQ in Arndell Park.

Working alongside the builder, responsibilities will include construction programming, subcontractor management, estimating, council management, coordination of onsite activities, client liaison, completion of construction certificates, occupation certificates and much more.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with the following skills and experience:

2+ yrs PM experience in commercial and residential construction

A tertiary qualification in construction or demonstrated equivalent

Communicate with Clients, Suppliers, Sub Contractors, Internal Staff and Consultants effectively

Develop, issue and manage construction programs via Microsoft Projects, including scope, schedule, resources and related project items

Identify potential challenges and risks, and work collaboratively to implement solutions





Meet weekly with Site Managers and builder to monitor the progress across the OGP portfolio

Practical knowledge of all aspects of construction including ability to read drawings and specifications

Strong organisational and project management skills

Ability to work independently in a tight knit environment and manage a team of Project Co-ordinators

Track record of successfully assisting in the delivery of current builds $2m +

Track record of successfully managing the delivery of Class 2 builds $2m+

Proficient in ProCore, SignOnSite, OneNote and Microsoft Projects or similar management systems

Construction White Card
