Key Areas of Responsibility

- Market Opportunity Identification and Strategic Planning

- Client and Commercial Management

- Quoting and Tendering Opportunities

- Market Representation and Reputation

What You’ll Bring

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Identifying opportunities across local government, power generation, manufacturing and heavy industry

- Producing quotations and tender documents with internal engineering and drafting teams

- Supporting clients throughout project delivery to encourage repeat work

- Ensuring opportunities align with business capability and commercial objectives

- Travelling to sites within Central Queensland as required

You’ll Succeed Here If...

- You have an engineering background (mechanical, structural or similar)

- You've worked within mining, power generation, manufacturing or heavy industry environments

- You enjoy building relationships and developing trust with clients

- You have the ability to understand technical scopes and work with the engineering team during quotations

- You're self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your work

- You can communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
