Craig Burgess Motor Group (CBMG) is seeking an enthusiastic New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing Mitsubishi & Geely team at Toowong.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent two dynamic brands, including Geely, one of the world's fastest-growing automotive manufacturers, while building a rewarding career with a dealership group that genuinely invests in its people.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Generating leads and following up on enquiries
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery

What We're Looking For:

- A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A professional presentation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow processes and pay attention to detail
- Current QLD Driver's Licence

Experience in automotive sales is not essential. If you have the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.
