Sales Associate | High Performing Principal Agent

With decades of success in the local market, they have built their reputation on exceptional customer service, strong client relationships and consistently achieving outstanding results for their clients.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associateto join their team in a full time capacity. This role will work alongside one of their leading agents.

The Role

This role will see you provide high-level support to a successful Sales Agent while developing your skills and experience within residential sales.

You will be involved across the entire sales journey, from prospecting and buyer management through to marketing, inspections and contract administration.

Working within a beautiful modern office and supported by a close-knit team, this role would suit someone who is looking for the right environment to launch your own sales career or an experienced support professional who enjoys helping an agent achieve success.

This role will include -

- Communication with various stakeholders including vendors, solicitors, suppliers and prospective buyers
- Appointment setting and diary management
- End to end contract management
- Assisting with property inspections and open homes
- Preparing marketing and prospecting material
- Lead generation and database management
- Attending building inspections and bank valuations
- Preparation and attendance at property listings and appraisals
- Attending sales training, meetings and team events
- Assisting with Saturday open homes (with a mid-week rostered day off)

- Previous real estate or administration experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and desire to develop your career
