To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for supporting students.

- Previous experience in a Student Services,



Admissions or related student administration role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A professional, polished presentation and a positive, approachable attitude.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a busy, student-focused environment.

- Experience working within the higher education sector in a similar role (essential).
