Audi Alto Macarthur is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer and dealership experience.

About the Role

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, solid profitability, excellent customer service, and ongoing team development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Parts Department team
- Manage parts inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Audi Australia and key suppliers
- Support Service and Sales Departments with timely parts availability
- Monitor departmental performance and achieve budget and profitability targets
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers
- Implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Maintain compliance with Audi standards and dealership policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter within a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive departmental profitability
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with dealership management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Premium brand experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
