NSW Territory Manager / Business Development

We're now seeking an experienced Territory Manager / Business Development professional to grow and protect a strong customer base across Sydney and regional areas.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll manage a defined territory — balancing new business generation with existing account growth.
You'll build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver profitable, sustainable results.

This position requires management of the entire NSW territory including Sydney metro, regional centers, and rural areas.

This role requires frequent travel (50-75%) across the defined territory to maintain client relationships and develop recent business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:





Develop and manage key customer relationships

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and activity KPIs

Track market trends and competitor activity

About You

10+ years in B2B sales within packaging or consumables

Proven sales and profit results

Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365

Basic user level proficiency in SAP for daily operational tasks

Excellent negotiation, communication, and territory management skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially focused

Must have Australian work rights.

$115K base + Super + Car. Up to $150K annual bonus (Performance Based).
