Are you completing a technology degree and ready to turn what you have learned into real-world experience? Revolution Software Services is looking for curious, collaborative and motivated graduates to join our 2027 Software Engineering Graduate Program.

The opportunity

Our two-year Graduate Program will run from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2029. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple technology teams, contribute to real projects and develop a solid foundation for a career in software engineering.
No two days will be exactly the same. Throughout the program, you will:

- Contribute to software solutions and projects that support dealerships across Australia and New Zealand
- Gain exposure to different teams, technologies and stages of the software delivery lifecycle
- Build your technical, problem‑solving, project management and communication skills
- Participate in structured learning and development, including continuous improvement approaches
- Receive mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues and industry experts




- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and learn how your work contributes to the broader business

About you

You do not need to have all the answers on day one. We are looking for potential, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have completed, or are due to complete, a Bachelor's or Master's degree between July 2025 and December 2026 in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Have a strong interest in software development, technology and solving practical problems
- Are curious, enthusiastic and keen to continuously improve
- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different people
- Can organise your work, manage priorities and follow through on commitments
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency

What happens next

Shortlisted candidates will complete online verbal and numerical reasoning assessments, followed by a phone interview. Candidates who progress will be invited to attend our in-person Assessment Centre at Sydney Olympic Park on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.

Successful candidates will commence the program on Wednesday, 27 January 2027.
