YOUR ROLE:

- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of technicians and contractors
- Manage and track service requests
- Maintain transparent communication with service technicians, contractors, customers and internal teams
- Provide up to date reports on job status and team performance
- Preparing quotations for service work
- Responsible for parts receipting, allocating parts to work orders, and ensuring parts availability to support efficient workshop operations and job completion.
- Provide high level of proactive customer service
- Support administrative duties including reporting and updating ERP systems.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working in a service department




- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Proficient in computer software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Extensive customer support experience
- Must be available for immediate start and have current drivers licence
