Due to continued national growth, we are seeking talented Structural Engineers to join our Brisbane office.

The Opportunity

This role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle—from concept design through detailed documentation, construction support and completion.

Working as part of a highly experienced structural engineering team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of significant projects across multiple sectors while continuing to develop your technical and skilled capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures.

- Structural analysis and design of post-tensioned concrete structures.





- Structural analysis and design of structural steel buildings.

- Preparation of engineering calculations, reports and technical documentation.

- Development and coordination of structural design packages.

- Coordination with architects, developers, builders and multidisciplinary consultants.

- Conducting structural inspections and preparing technical assessment reports.

- Project planning, delivery and client management.

- Review and coordination of drafting documentation.

- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and project-specific design requirements.

- Incorporating safety in design, environmental and quality management principles throughout project delivery.

About You

You are a motivated engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and is passionate about delivering high-quality structural solutions.

You will ideally possess:

- Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering.

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience within an Australian structural engineering consultancy.

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.

- Experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design, with post-tensioning experience highly regarded.

- Excellent structural analysis and engineering judgement.

- Strong communication and technical report writing skills.

- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships.

- RAM Structural System

- ETABS

- SpaceGass

- RAPT

- WALLAP

- Inducta

- Microsoft Office Suite
