As the Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring the City Beach brand to life through fresh, on-trend, and creative visuals. Working closely with the Design team, you’ll produce engaging content for digital and print channels, from EDMs and social to store signage and campaign rollouts. You’re across what’s trending, curious about emerging tools like AI, and ready to make an impact in a quick-paced, youth-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Design innovative, on-brand graphics and promotional materials across digital and non-digital platforms in line with seasonal direction.
- Produce creative for social, email campaigns, web assets, in-store artwork, packaging, gift cards, and more.
- Assist in design and production of seasonal refresh materials including hoardings, internal store art, business stationery kits, packaging, and more.
- Bring a social-first mindset to content creation for designing with mobile, movement, and engagement in mind.
- Stay tapped and bring insights to work on Gen Z visual trends, pop culture, TikTok aesthetics, meme culture, and fashion.
- Explore and leverage AI design tools to speed up ideation, mood boards, and asset creation.
- Contribute to creative testing and iterations, taking feedback with a positive attitude and quickly evolving designs to suit campaign needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Studio, Marketing, and eCommerce to ensure cohesive and impactful execution of campaigns and product moments.
- Produce internal assets like comms materials, team presentations, and branded documents as required.
- Ensure all artwork is high quality, pixel-perfect, aligned with brand standards and resonates with our core customer.




- Proactively manage deadlines and workflows and flag any roadblocks early with the Design Lead or stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in visual design and contribute to creative design strategies that improve customer engagement and conversion.

What you’ll need:

- A passionate designer with at least 1 year experience in an in-house design or digital marketing role.
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- Proficient Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects or Premiere is a bonus.
- Familiar with AI tools (or shown interest in learning).
- Experience with animation/motion graphics (or an interest in learning).
- Confidence in design for social media and a strong understanding of the print processes and best practices for digital channels.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn, iterate quickly, and grow as a designer.
- Demonstrated high-level organizational and time management skills.
