Woolworths Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a multi-site portfolio across Bundaberg, Gladstone, Childers and Biloela. You will manage ~150 team members, drive maintenance strategies and coordinate internal and external service providers to maintain high standards across the stores network.

You will coach and develop a diverse team, ensure safety compliance, and take financial accountability for facilities and maintenance activities within the designated group.
