Fuse Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a busy e-waste recycling facility in NSW. You will lead a multi-skilled team on day-to-day operations, ensuring secure and compliant processing of electronic waste while meeting production targets.
You will report to the Site Manager and oversee machine operators, forklift drivers, hand sorters and lead hands across multiple lines, driving performance, safety culture and continuous improvement.
