With over 160 staff and a team led by Doyle's Guide-recognised partners, this is an excellent opportunity for a Defendant Insurance Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career while enjoying meaningful work and true work-life balance.

The Prospect:

Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an additional lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of insurance litigation matters, including:

- Public Liability
- Product Liability
- Property Damage
- Coverage and Indemnity Disputes

You’ll work closely with a high-calibre client base including international insurers, major brokers, underwriters, claims management companies, third-party administrators and corporate insureds.

The role offers exposure to complex matters across the District, Supreme and High Courts, with involvement in litigation strategy, mediations, negotiations and settlements. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own files and develop strong client relationships, while benefiting from ongoing support and mentoring from highly respected practitioners.

You will ideally have:

- 2+ years' PAE in defendant insurance litigation
- Experience gained within a specialist, mid-tier or top-tier practice
- Strong technical and litigation skills
- A collaborative, commercial and solutions-focused approach
