The Opportunity

Our client is a global leader in healthcare technology, providing advanced infection control and sterilisation solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Validation & Field Service Engineer to join their NSW team. This role is primarily focused on delivering performance qualification (PQ), periodic requalification (PRQ), and validation activities to ensure critical healthcare systems operate in accordance with relevant standards, manufacturer requirements, and customer expectations.

Alongside validation responsibilities, you will provide technical field service support including preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, commissioning, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PQ, PRQ, validation, and verification activities on infection control and sterilisation systems.
- Complete validation documentation, reports, and technical records.
- Ensure equipment performance meets applicable standards and manufacturer requirements.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, warranty repairs, and system commissioning.
- Provide technical support, training,



and guidance to healthcare customers.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

About You

- Minimum restricted electrical licence
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in healthcare, sterilisation, infection control, endoscopy, or a similar regulated environment.
- Experience with validation, qualification, testing, or technical service activities.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage customer relationships.
- Experience with medical devices, validation processes, or infection control equipment will be highly regarded.
