About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Provide a child safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

Plan and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Demonstrate a strong understanding of theNational Quality Standard (NQS)and theEducation and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Observe, document, and extend children's learning and development.

Contribute to the ongoing implementation of ourQuality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Support ourStrategic Improvement Plan (SIP)andReconciliation Action Plan (RAP), promoting inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, child wellbeing, and professional practice.

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).





Certificate of Completion – Foundations of Child Protection Training.

Current Child Protection Certificate/Trainingwith a demonstrated understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and responding appropriately to child protection concerns.

Demonstrated understanding of theNSW Child Safe Standardsand a commitment to creating and maintaining a child-safe environment.

Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.

Sound knowledge of theEYLF,NQS, National Law, and Regulations.

CurrentNSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).

CurrentFirst Aid,CPR,Anaphylaxis, andAsthma Managementcertifications.

Experience contributing toQuality Improvement Plans (QIP),Strategic Improvement Plans (SIP), andReconciliation Action Plans (RAP).

Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development.
