Ridgeway Catering are the exclusive caterers to Kwila Lodge & Wynmere Estate on the Gold Coast & Hinterland, as well as catering for many more weddings & high-end corporate events throughout the year. We are looking to expand our Front of House Management team with some hospitality superstars!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a position available for a Food & Beverage Event Supervisor to oversee the front of house catering team, who will also work alongside our current Event Supervisors. Part of your working week may be spent in our Head Office preparing for the weeks events & providing post event reports.

You will play a pivotal role in our team, to ensure that our client’s expectations are met & the front of house team works in a smooth, seamless & efficient manner.

The role is available in a casual capacity with full time hours, full time or permanent part time also being available. We are happy to discuss the role to suit the right candidate/s. The roster will vary depending on the booked events from week to week.

Previous fast paced restaurant and/or event food & beverage service is essential

Actively contribute to the business with a ‘hands on’ approach managing FOH service

A passion for creating and delivering incredible Events with a high attention to detail.

Lead by example, promoting a positive team culture & workplace value

Outstanding problem solving

The ability to work with others

A driver’s license & own transport is essential as our events are located across the Gold Coast

Passion for impeccable presentation
