I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across the Toowoomba region. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise subdivision and bulk earthworks projects from start to finish
- Lead site crews, subcontractors and plant operations
- Coordinate daily works to achieve programme and productivity targets
- Ensure WHS, QA and environmental compliance
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
- Drive quality outcomes and maintain project schedules

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience supervising subdivision and civil construction projects
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Experience delivering bulk earthworks, roads and underground services
- Cert IV in Civil Construction or Construction (or equivalent)
- White Card and current Driver's Licence
