Full-Time | Sydney Metro | Attractive Salary Package + Vehicle + Tools

Location:

Chipping Norton, Sydney NSW — site work across greater Sydney metro

Remuneration:

Attractive salary package (negotiated based on experience) + vehicle + tools

Hours:

8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Licences:

NSW HVAC/R Licence + ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence required

The Opportunity:

This is a senior role with real responsibility. As our Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Project Supervisor, you will own the full lifecycle of commercial projects — from site assessment and quoting through to installation, commissioning, and client handover.

You will not be micromanaged. You will be trusted to do the job at the standard Cold-Rite is known for, to lead crews on site, and to manage client relationships with professionalism. In return, you get a career, not just a job.

What You’ll Do:

- Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate, commercially sound quotes
- Scope labour, materials, and equipment across a range of commercial projects




- Present and deliver quotes to clients with confidence and professionalism
- Lead installation crews on commercial and industrial refrigeration and AC projects
- Deliver projects on time, to specification, and to Cold-Rite’s quality standard
- Maintain WHS compliance and lead by example on every site
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries

Service & Maintenance

- Diagnose and rectify complex faults across commercial refrigeration and AC systems
- Maintain full ARC and EPA compliance on all refrigerant handling
- Complete accurate job cards and service reports on the day

Coordination & Client Management

- Manage project timelines, scheduling, and procurement end-to-end
- Communicate proactively with clients throughout every project
- Maintain all project documentation, SWMS, and compliance records

What We’re Looking For:

- NSW Department of Fair Trading Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence
- Proven experience in commercial refrigeration and/or AC installation and service
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
