This is a causal Reservations Coordinator position (approx. 20hrs per week) located in Mosman, NSW (best accessed via car). Monday, Tuesday, Saturday OR Sunday.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing restaurant reservations for 7 venues in both Sydney and the ACT and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

What you'll be doing

- Handling all incoming reservation enquiries and bookings via phone, email and online channels
- Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation details
- Assisting with group bookings
- Responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with guests
- Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Managing social media posts, content and scheduling or select venues




- Managing the creation and distribution of gift cards

What we're looking for

- Now Book It experience is advantageous, however full training will be provided
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with guests and colleagues at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using reservation and booking platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
