This part-time Hotel Receptionist / Reservations role at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable hospitality business. Working in our beautiful mountain lodge location in Beechmont, QLD, you will be responsible for providing a high level of guest service and managing all front office and reservations activities.

What you'll be doing

- Handling all guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or issues
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room availability
- Assisting with answering the phone and responding to email inquiries
- Supporting other front office duties as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar hotel front office or reservations role, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hotel reservations and property management software
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
