Start times between 6:00am - 9:30am (must be flexible)
Approx. 8-hour shifts
Workdays: Monday to Friday (additional shifts may be available; potential shift changes in the near future)

Transport: Own vehicle required

Looking to join a well-established food manufacturer with consistent work and long-term chance? We're currently seeking Casual Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Operators to support daily production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for hands-on workers who are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with repetitive tasks while following strict quality and safety standards.

Mixing / Bakery / LAFA Role (Physically Active, Repetitive Role)
Duties include:

- Mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Weighing and preparing ingredients accurately
- Unwrapping products and placing them into mixing bowls
- Moving wheelie bins around the warehouse with product mix
- Tipping bread and handling raw materials
- Using lifting aids safely and correctly
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Thinking ahead to maintain production flow
- Working in a monotonous/repetitive environment
- Following GMP, quality, and health & safety requirements

What You'll Need





- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or process work experience (desirable)
- Ability to read, understand, and complete paperwork
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- GMP and workplace health & safety awareness
- Quality-focused mindset
- Own reliable vehicle and transport
- Flexibility with start times and potential shift changes
