Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in similar role,

HR/HC license preferred,

RMS ticket highly desirable,

Proven leadership skills,

Mercedes Benz / Freightliner / Fuso truck experience highly desirable.

Strong diagnostics and electrical skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Opening and closing workshop,





Overseeing productivity in workshop and monitoring target times.

Overseeing and guiding workshop Foreman.

Quality control,

Road testing.

Assisting with invoicing

Allocating work and job times.

Working closely with top tier customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Continuous improvement in work quality and workshop safety.

Training and mentoring service staff.

Assisting with maintaining supplier relationships

Good numeration package for the right candidate.

Company car.

OEM training in Mercedes, Fuso and Freightliner trucks.

Diagnostic tool training.

Multiple company social functions provided.
