Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and professional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing requirements
Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and any additional work required
Coordinating vehicle pick-up and explaining completed work
Managing bookings, invoices and service documentation
Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
A current and valid driver's licence
Experience with multiple automotive brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
