HRM Contracting and consulting – Sunshine Coast QLD

We are recruiting for a Systems and Process Officer, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Directors and Senior Leadership Team to enhance business efficiency, strengthen client relationships and support future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate, source and recommend a suitable CRM system and systems
- Review existing systems and processes, and recommend and implement improvements
- Drive workflow planning and accountability (e.g. leading whiteboard meetings) within the Leadership Team
- Support client engagement strategies, including improving fee proposal turnaround, measuring enquiries, improving conversions, maintaining visibility and relevance within the industry, ensuring regular client check ins, and expanding industry reach
- Assist with HR functions including placing job ads and managing recruitment requisitions
- Draft articles and content for social media related to systems and procedures




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and presentation

- A systems-based mindset with strong implementation capability
- Ability to travel to the Brisbane office (and occasionally further afield)

- Office based role
